Lisa has been selected for recognition because of her dedication to her students, her love for Central Catholic and her infectious passion for teaching. Lisa is well respected not only by her students, but also by her colleagues and administration. She is the true definition of a teacher minister and Central Catholic is blessed to have her in the classroom.
In addition to her outstanding teaching skills, Lisa was also recognized as the Model Teacher for the Diocese of Toledo, and Innovative Educator Building Coordinator.
“Lisa goes above and beyond to educate her students and prepare them for life after high school,” said Lori Langenderfer, Assistant Principal of Campus Ministry and Discipline. “She is passionate about sharing her gift and talents with her students. Lisa’s love for reading and writing is infectious and she encourages her students to be life-long learners.”
Lisa has a B.E. in Secondary Education/English from the University of Toledo.
