Jade Bridge’s favorite Slurpee flavor is Trolli Pineapple Lime.
The 10-year-old may have only tried it for the first time Wednesday, but it’s still her favorite.
Wednesday, July 11th, is national 7-11 day. To celebrate, all 7-Elevens are offering one free small Slurpee per person from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Tania Whitten, the assistant manager of the 7-Eleven on Navarre Ave. in Toledo, said last year 1,400 customers visited the store for free slurpees. And she thinks some locations in the Toledo area received even more visitors.
Ms. Whitten encouraged customers to try the newest flavor of slurpee, Cap'N Crunch's Crunch Berries, which she says “really tastes just like the cereal.”
But Jade’s uncle, Ryan Holmes of Toledo, said the resemblance to the cereal is too strong for his liking.
For those trying to stick to a more traditional slurpee flavor, the most popular is wild cherry, according to Ms. Whitten.
“Everyone has their own flavor they like,” Ms. Whitten said.
