Breed and description; reason; intake type and date with location found if stray. Dogs killed for poor behavior on body-handling and resource-guarding assessments are scored on a scale of 5, with higher scores being more aggressive. Dog-aggression assessments are not scored:

Bullmastiff mix, brown and white female, unlicensed; dog aggression; stray picked up by a control officer July 2 at 119 Whiting Ave., Toledo.

Labrador retriever mix, black male, unlicensed; bite history; surrendered July 30 by Jane Powell, Willow Creek, Toledo.

German shepherd, black and tan male, unlicensed; bite attempt; confiscated by Toledo police during execution of a search warrant Aug 1 at 3014 Chestnut St., Toledo.

“Pit bull,” black and white female, unlicensed; aggressive; stray picked up by a control officer Aug. 5 at 302 Burger St., Toledo.

“Pit bull” mix, white and orange male, unlicensed; veterinarian recommended euthanasia/quality of life (severe illness, can't stand or lift head, labored breathing, won't eat); stray taken to shelter Aug. 9 by Amber Jackson, Amber Court, Toledo, from Amber Court, Toledo.

Labrador retriever, black female, unlicensed; owner requested euthanasia (agonal breathing); surrendered Aug. 9 by Joseph Krauzer, Homewood Avenue, Toledo.

Mastiff, brown and white male; owner requested euthanasia (aggressive); surrendered Aug. 9 by Kristin Kobee, Spring Hollow Drive, Toledo.
