Northwood police search for bank robber

Northwood police are searching for a man who robbed the Fifth Third bank on Woodville Road on Wednesday.

The man entered the bank at 4:37 p.m. and demanded money from a teller, police said in a release.

He took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in an older model tan minivan.

Investigators said the suspect was black, clean-shaven, and wore a white T-shirt, baggy jeans, and a black hat.
